When melt-in-the-mouth chocolate meets fine-crispy pieces of hazelnut, it's not just vegans who get into raptures. We refine this delicious creation with particularly aromatic cocoa from the African island of São Tomé.
Our partner there is the cooperative CECAQ-11, which we accompanied on the way to organic cultivation and fair trade. Thanks to their Fair Trade premium, the smallholders were able to set up facilities in which they could process their harvest themselves.
