Contrary to all promises and expectations, the producer Mauricio succeeded in growing his coffee on the slope opposite the well-known El Injerto farm. A true miracle of craftsmanship. The result was a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. The juicy taste of black cherries parried with a warm note of chocolate and almonds, make this single-variety espresso an absolute pleasure.

The special thing about the Elbe gold La Maravilla is that due to the cultivation height of 1800m, fresh mountain water is used for the preparation. This gives the coffee a clean and radiant character.

A single-variety espresso like no other. For Elbgold Idido a selection of the best Arabica beans from Ethiopia is used. A round and fruity taste awaits you on the palate.

Elbgold Idido got its name from the village where the cherries for this unique espresso come from. In the nearby Adorsi Washing Station the beans are processed, dried for about three weeks and then carefully sorted. The special thing about this variety is that, for a natural, it is incredibly clean, but has very complex taste nuances. In a cup of Idido you will find sweet hints of cocoa, cherries and raisins.
