CAFFÈ CREMA MariaSole - 250g beans
More than 100 years of roasting tradition have created a high standard for every step of the process at Maria Sole. From the sourcing of the green beans to the packaging, each step is subject to strict quality control. The unique wood-fired roasting gives this coffee a very special taste, characteristics that an industrial coffee cannot have.
Ancient knowledge, sophisticated craftsmanship and a careful selection of the best Arabica beans and a small amount of Robusta create a perfectly harmonious coffee.
The beans used come from small coffee growers in the best growing regions. They are traditionally roasted individually for each variety in a drum roaster in Sicily. The long roasting time of 15 to 25 minutes gives this coffee a unique smoothness and creaminess. It has a hazelnut-brown crema, a pleasant fruitiness and a slightly nutty-chocolate aroma. Round in the mouth and slightly sparkling on the tongue.
Maria Sole's CAFFÈ CREMA is an elegant and wonderfully smooth coffee. Aromas of roasted nuts and a sweet chocolate cream complete the pleasure. Remarkable aftertaste that lingers in the mouth.
CREMA Mille Soli - 250g beans
60% Arabica - 40% Robusta
The Mille Soli Crema is the perfect coffee for the morning. Its 40% Robusta content gives the cup a lot of momentum and reliably wakes you up. In terms of taste, the crema scores with a great composition of chocolate, roasted nuts and a slight fruitiness. The patented 3-stage roasting ensures this balance. The green beans are roasted several times over an open wood fire.

It is hard to believe that this coffee does not come from Italy, but from Germany. More precisely from Hamburg. For once, all the experts agree: it is without a doubt one of the best coffees.
That's why haute gastronomy has long sworn by Café Carroux. This coffee was developed personally by Mr. Carroux and is perfectly suited for fully automatic coffee machines. The roast and the beans are suitable for the preparation of a long coffee (caffè crema), also called "schümli".
