Care: 
Once a year, the mill should be cleaned. Over time, oil, which contains in every coffee bean, is deposited in the grinder.

For quick cleaning, it is recommended to grind a few grains of raw, uncooked rice for a short time. This dissolves the oil residue of the coffee in the grinder and is also the best and most environmentally friendly variant.
